Q: Why do I need to pay for the painting service before it is performed?
A: We have simplified the whole process, eliminating estimates, followup, picking up paint and managing deposits and check collecting at the end of the job in order to bring you the lowest prices possible. If you are not comfortable paying up front we still offer our full service interior painting services. They are not as economical, but are still available. We do want to assure you that we still do a quality inspection at the end of the Room by Room service and make sure you are satisfied with the job.
Q: What is the process once I purchase a Room by Room painting service?
A: Once you purchase the service, you find a date that fits your schedule using our online appointment client. Once the work is scheduled you can sit back, relax, and wait for us to come bring your walls to life. Once we complete the work if you are home we will do a walkthrough with you. If you are not home we will schedule a followup call with you to make sure everything is exactly how you wanted it to turn out.
Q: Can we use your BGB account for discounts at Sherwin Williams?
A: Yes we actually encourage you to do this! We get their products at low prices due to the volume we buy each year. Just mention BGB Enterprises LLC when you are checking out and they will be happy to let you use our account prices.
Q: Who are your painters?
A: All of our painters are experienced in the industry and are fully screened before beginning work for us. They are all employees of our company, as we do NO SUBCONTRACTING in order to guarantee you satisfaction at the end of the job.
